It is said that the measure of a person or organisation is how they behave when things don't go right. After all this is when people are paying attention. This is my shameless plea begging for a patch from AI Square or GW Micro to address some of the issues WE is having. When one types Window-Eyes in Google the first GW Micro page that comes up has the following line: "Window-Eyes is nothing less than the most stable, secure and customizable screen reader available on the market today." In my experience this is no longer the case. I realise that there are processes and procedures companies must follow when implementing updates or changes. These processes and procedures should be there to support the business; they should not drive the business. Yes Windows ten is around the corner. Not all of us will be jumping on this new OS right away.
