I can tell you guys with absolute certainty that what AI squared isasking for is not unheard of, in fact it's the standard. I've been abeta tester for several tech companies over the years and this isabsolutely the norm. Lets think about this for a second...when you'rein the windows environment, there are tons and tons of programs running,and processes that run in the background, and any of them could causeanother program to crash. We know Window-eyes is crashing on aparticular system but we don't know why. That's where we the users comein, and have to provide as much information as we can. Error reportingcan help too, but if it's a problem on a specific machine, things get tobe a bitmore complex. You can't just expect the AI squared guys to knoweverything. i mean they're pretty good but not *that* good. So lets helpthem make Window-eyes as good as it can possibly be.

So if the problem happens with other screen readers that is why WE

Greetings
It is said that the measure of a person or organisation is how theybehave
when things don't go right. After all this is when people are paying
attention.
This is my shameless plea begging for a patch from AI Square or GWMicro
to
address some of the issues WE is having. When one types Window-Eyes in
Google the first GW Micro page that comes up has the following line:
"Window-Eyes is nothing less than the most stable, secure andcustomizable
screen reader available  on the market today."



In my experience this is no longer the case. I realise that there are
processes and procedures companies must follow when implementingupdates
or
changes. These processes and procedures should be there to support the
business; they should not drive the business.



Yes Windows ten is around the corner. Not all of us will be jumping on
this
new OS right away. Until then anything that can reduce the number of
issues
by at least fifty percent will make using Window-Eyes a more positive
experience for those of us who continue to experience loss ofspeech, WE
deciding to stop running etc.
