I am currently using Freshbooks with NVDA and Talkback on my android phone. There a couple of things that are a little tricky, but once you figure them out it is okay. The only thing I haven't been able to do is remove tasks from a project. You can add tasks just fine. I am still a novice screen reader so I am just not know how to get there.
I still have some vision, though I use a screen reader 90% of the time now. When I go to remove a task with the mouse, it does say remove, so I guess I just haven't figured out how to get there with the keyboard yet. If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask.
