it only works while browse mode is turned on.
also see if the insert enhanced app is turned on use control alt zero.
this app changes many w e hot keys. read to end will be undefined when the app
is on and you can not make changes in the wlm set file for read to end. when
you save this change it will revert back to undefined until the app is turned
off.
