you have to turn browse mode back on to use read to end when replying to a
message with wlm 2012

Even after a uninstalling and reinstalling WE 9.0 and then the 9.2 upgrade,
Read to End still only works when I read received messages. I have disabled and
re-enabled the Read to Me and Insert Key Layout apps with no change. In fact, I
turned app status off completely. Still no change. Yes, UI Automation support
is turned on. No, this is not a deal breaker, but it would be nice for Read to
End to work properly. rather than dinging.
