Hi. Since it sounds like your upgrade to Windows 10 has started, and since you mentioned that you are still hearing Window-eyes 9.2 speaking, all you can do is wait. The process can take up to perhaps five hours. Window-eyes will eventually stop speaking and eventually you'll hear Window-eyes announce a message asking you if you wish to keep your settings as you have them or if you only want to keep certain files. Choose to leave things as they are. Once you do that you'll hear a message that your computer will restart several times and that this could take a while. Then Window-eyes won't talk anymore. Since Window-eyes will no longer be speaking, periodically press the Windows key and the enter key together to launch Narrator. Once you can launch narrator, follow the instructions you hear, and eventually your computer will launch Windows 10 and Window-eyes will speak again.

It's now checking for updates and preparing for install but it's been there oler 3 hours. Should I be wooried and is there anything I can do other than wait? The speech seems to be still reading everything ok or I wouldn't know what was going on as I'm totally blind and live on my own.
