Hello,

When you open the Start Menu, press the Up Arrow until you hear "All Apps." 
Press Enter at this point and the list of programs will be displayed. The way 
you navigate in this list is a bit unusual, mostly because you can't use 
first-letter navigation in the list. A demonstration of the Windows 10 Start 
Menu (including the all apps screen) can be found here:
