Press the <Windows> key Type “sound” Then press the down arrow once to select “System Sounds”. Hit <Tab> four to to select “Play Windows Startup Sound”. Press the <Space Bar> once to enable the checkbox. Press <tab> one more time to select the <OK> button and <Enter> to close the “System Sound Dialogue Box”. The next time you restart Windows you should have startup sounds. To turn on Windows 10 Startup sounds. Right-click blank area on the desktop and choose Personalize in the menu. Click Sounds in the Personalization window.
