If this link is to the same audio file I heard demonstrating the start menu,
I must say it was phenominal! Really made it very easy for me to
understand.
I still don't totally get how to get to my tiles, if there are any there,
and how to access them, but I'm sure that will come with a little bit of
practice. I'm very optymistic.

Hello,
When you open the Start Menu, press the Up Arrow until you hear "All
Apps." Press Enter at this point and the list of programs will be
displayed. The way you navigate in this list is a bit unusual, mostly
because you can't use first-letter navigation in the list. A demonstration
of the Windows 10 Start Menu (including the all apps screen) can be found
