Hello Sunshine, I am also running Windows 7, but not having the same problems as you are. I am thinking you should call the phone support at AI Squared to get some help tracking down the problem. My first guess is a piece of malware not identified by your current anti-malware; perhaps they can give you recommendations for some other anti-malware packages to try. I say this because it apparently was happening to me until my new anti-malware (based on Kaspersky labs signatures, but named Trojan Killer) identified and removed some malware from my pc.
Or perhaps it's something else, but they could remote in to your pc and have a look; it's what they're good at, and what you get for your SMA, so why not make use of it.
