Same here,
WE9.2 seems to get frazzled very easily.
I.e., it stops talking, and control alt w does not bring WE9.2 from the
dead..
however,
I use my kill we batch file then control alt w will get WE9.2 talking again.
Yet, when We9.2 is back talking,
it is sometimes still not working correctly, and I just reboot.

premium, with dual boot to windows 10 with 8 gb RAM, Intel q6600 quad
core drivers and software updated. Software recommended: Firefox,
Thunderbird, security: Microsoft security essential, Malware Bytes pro,
Win Patrol, Roboform, Ninite updater, and Driver buster (which you need
sighted help because it is all graphic, but works great for updating
drivers.)
