I too am running the latest version of window eyes on a Windows 7 PC 64-bit with IE 11. I have had so many crashes since updating to the latest version of window eyes. Today I lost speech totally. I couldn't get speech back and I had to force a hard shutdown. I don't know what is going on with window eyes.
