Steve, you're correct but I will tell you I went through this same problem with my Outlook address, Microsoft could not do anything. I try to tell them what was going on and they want to meet do some strange thing. They could not help me whatsoever. So therefore again, it happens to be on the providers into things which Chris, has already said is working on getting fixed.
