I just had an instance where I lost speech and IE 11 stopped when I was on
the Chase.com web site, making an online payment.I had to log off and when I
started up IE again, it said that my last session had unexpectedly stopped
and did I want to start it again. I got no WE error. So, I think in this
instance it was an IE 11 problem or a chase site problem.

I have no doubt that it is a Windows Explorer issue. With Windows 10, it
doesn't seem to happen as much.
