Hi Chris; I have a Dell Optiplex 8 gig ram i7 intel processor. I lose speech a few times a day and especially if I am switching between applications too fast and try to navigate before I hear WindowEyes responding. That said, sometimes it just goes dead. I just turned off sleep mode since that can cause anything saved in ram memory to get lost when the machine wakes up and if WE has anything stored in ram, very likely, that may be the source of one set of problems. Thats all I have on this particular problem. Rick USA

With Windows 10, it doesn't seem to happen as much. On 10/1/2015 8:27 AM, Mike via Talk wrote: > Hello Everyone > > recently, I had an RNIB tech volunteer at my home.
