All, I too am suffering from the issue of not being able to upgrade to 9.3.1 from 9.2.1 as others have done.
I have tried it several times by different methods, but always the result is the same. I download a generated copy of 9.3.1 and this appears To be successful. WE then requests permission to install, which I agree to. The upgrade then starts, with a few questions. I then get to the braille options. It does not matter which option I choose, either to install the new braille settings or not. I am then told that I cannot upgrade the current version of WE 9.3.1 over the currently installed version. N.B. I have re-installed WE 9.2.1 to see if that had an influence, but this did not help either. What next?
