The same happens to me. Using outlook 2010 with wineyes v 9.4 on a windows 7

Yes, I must agree with the posting immediately below, except that my
complaints pertain to Outlook 2013. This is a Windows Seven Pro, 64 bit
Desktop PC. It's been happening for two or three upgrades, now, and
continues in Win-Eyes 9.4. Every time I open a message, I have to stop the
reading of the message, and usually must cause the first line of the message
to re-read a few times before issuing a read-to-end command to hear words
that don't repeat. If I don't do that, a part of the message will be
repeated, and sometimes the repeated material includes a reference to the
word "links," that aren't found in the body of the message at all. Very
weird, yet not a show-stopper.

This actually started much earlier and simply continues in 9.4

If you pay attention some emails repeat and some do not. I thought it
was related to html vs. plain text but I cannot easily confirm this.

WE repeats only the first word or sentence with a peruid and then reads
the rest of the message correctly.
