Hello, Follow the below instructions and the issue should be resolved: 1. Press Windows-B to go to the system tray. 2. Arrow until the Dropbox icon is found, and press Space to open its menu. 3. Select Preferences. 4. In the preferences window, Tab until the combo box for showing the badge is found. 5. Arrow down until it is set to show never. 6. Tab to Apply and press Enter. 7. Tab to OK and press Enter.
