Sky, when I have dealt with DVR, I have always insisted on choosing my own screen reader! They didn't like the idea, but I always told them that I would starve and save every penny I can find to grab NO OTHER SCREEN READER but Window-Eyes! I won and they helped me with a onetime upgrade. I've done all other upgrades myself ever since!
Right now, it seems all ears and eyes are pinned to and looking on to CSUN for an ALL-IMPORTANT announcement! One wonders what's so secretive?
