The head of technology was livid when he figured out what I said was true. This ever so admirable practice is how they got to where they are today. Their customer support is renowned for being horrible and Window-Eyes scripting is a walk in the park, not to mention much more powerful, than the cryptic concoction FS cooked up so their customers would have to pay 1200 dollars to learn how to script using an incredibly chaotic mess. As the old adage goes: nice guys finish last. But this is contemporary business. forget about quality. Just destroy your competition.
