Hi Thanks to everyone for the support on this matter. What I ended up doing was to install WE 9.4 on the workstations that had the problem reading the Desktop Icons. What is still puzzling me is that there are 5 of the 10 workstations that work just fine with WE 9.5.4 I will now that the pressure to get it to work, look into the settings for those workstations and see if I can find out where it went off the rails. If I find a solution I will post it to the list.
