Can you manually delete them when your done with them?

Are there audio versions? I was able to download a bok as an experiment but it 
was only text. I find I learn these types of things better if I have audio, and 
I remember when I got my first ever copy of JFW the set of training tapes that 
came with them.

I did as you stated, but I could not download the files.  Also, I could not
