Hi, I think for the customers I'm talking to, it's not so much learning keystrokes, it's that they want it to "sound" more like Window-Eyes. Those tutorial messages in JAWS can be a bit annoying for example, if you are used to Window-Eyes more terse way of talking. I'm just surmising here. Being HeldOnline6/1/17 at 2pm Eastern, 7pm UK Time Hi there! I made the switch from W.E. to jaws about a week or so ago, and for the most part have had little or no issues at all with the switch over. Yes, I did have to learn and memorize a few new key combinations, but memorizing is extremely easy for me<SMILE!>. Not certain of exactly what it is that folks have to learn that is more than memorizing some new keystrokes..? Good Luck & Have A Good 1! de <KF8LT><Jim>.
