Hi: First of all, there is a method of remapping the JAWS keys to whatever you want, but to remap all of them would take up a lot of time and effort on your part and you would have to be verry careful that you do not override existing hotkeys.
Secondly, I'm not even sure that a Window-eyes keyboard layout in JAWS is even a good idea. In fact, when Window-eyes came up with its JAWS keyboard layout, it couldn't really mimick the JAWS keyboard because of the difference in how Window-eyes was constructed versus the way JAWS was constructed. For example, in Window-eyes, as we all know, the numpad arrow keys move the mouse pointer while the dedicated arrow keys move the cursor, or the highlight, depending on which application you are using.
