Hi Tom, Correction. The hot key is Ctrl-Shift-5, not F5, and the menu item on the Accessibility pull-down, opened from the Edit menu, is called Change Reading Options, at least this is the title bar of the dialog which opens. There's a check box in the dialog which you can change to have this dialog to always open when you open a new document.
