Larry, Can you press ctrl-shift-escape when this happend?
I don't know what windows you are using, but: You have to kill the explorer process, but don't leave the taskmanager, because you also have to start a new process by typing: explorer I have made a autohotkey script for myself to do this. In win7 and with Window-Eyes I had to use this frequently. Now I am with Jaws in win10 and I never have to do this. If you want I can send you that script.
