Hi Loy and Bernie, Okay, silly me. I wasn't paying close attention, and so I overlooked the fact that we're talking about a Window-Eyes for Office installation problem, not retail. In that event, perhaps someone has a full installation file for Window-Eyes for Office 9.5.4.
