Ive seen a few thanks for the addition of the data, maybe you missed them, or only read emails further if there was criticism. I wish 95% was accurate enough for my job, imagine if 95% of your email made it to your inbox but 5% was lost, would you be thanking your ISP for the great job they did, or would you be asking them to fix the missing 5%?
