Something that I've pointed out before: the wording in the pre CT 1.0 "contributor terms" was very fuzzy, in particular it -did- not clearly state that you were licensing the data to "the operator of the website" on CC-by-SA 2.0 terms, it could just as good be interpreted as giving "the operator of the website" permission to license and distribute the data on CC-by-SA 2.0 terms, leaving the internal contractual and licence relationship open.
