Ммм.... Мы сейчас говорим не о lvee engine, а о софте, который разрабатывается за какие-то бюджетные деньги типа грантов? Чтобы он был опенсорсным? Да, вроде бы у нас такой инициативы пока нету. Самое близкое - это данные, которые должны быть в открытом доступе, если они результат выполнения у нас грантов, финансируемых ЕС.
