You mean that extra $13 a week isn't going to fund all your needs?  I
personally couldn't believe the generosity involved.  When we asked about
refinancing with the new government incentives, we were told we didn't
qualify because we HADN'T missed any payments.  okay...... hmmm, I can
certainly fix that....
