An inspiring story, sure hope all goes to plan re the patient. Very uplifting, I thought about but was scared to take the mando with me to hospital, ..when incarcerated there myself, twice last year, 1- cause it might get misplaced, and 2 - cause if figured somebody would not like it and 3 cause I figured I might not be up to strumming. Did take CD player and did play old time and bluegrass CD's, the nurses danced in and out of my room, saying hee haw......they really did. ha Anything that de-institutionalizes those places has to be good for all concerned.
