Clyde, hope all is well with you and your family. Your story brings back fond memories of playing in the hospital and the managed care facility for my now departed mother. My mother, who's speech was impaired by a stroke, would just say, "Play!" as soon as I got there. I'd play in the lunch room for all the folks as well as in her room. When I thought she'd dozed off I'd quit, and her eyes would pop open and she'd say, "Play!" again. I got lots of practice playing fiddle tunes slow and purty.
There's healing power in music, I do believe. Don't let anyone stop you from playing. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Taterbugmando" group.
