I suggest we talk to Mat and Nick to clearly see the pros and cons...They
are just a 'stair' away.

I think there are some licensing issues in distributing Java - if we
say Taverna is LGPL and here is Java as well, then we would have to
also provide the source code for Java, which we don't have control
over, and which is not LGPL.

Two Windows downloads to choose between would also mean that the user
would have to decide if he has Java or not - and he might have - but
in an older version - so I still don't think that's a good solution.

It's is probably better to try things like Launch4j and getting a
proper .exe to launch Taverna (which it generates)
