All of these outputs come from a list flattener that has an input depth 3 and an output depth 1. However, the flattener is only flattening the depth by 1, so the actual output is depth 2 (list of lists). Taverna doesn't seem to be detecting these depth mismatches. The workflow can be fixed by editing the flattener to flatten by depth 2.
