Hello,
we talked about this problem before some weeks. TB don't filter some
messages, which include " " characters.
This is an answer to me from Stefan:

But when I create new filtr by "Ctrl+Sft+F" shortcut, TB display whole
address for example _"Jakub Herzan" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>_ with quote
marks. If he can't filter that, why he submited me that!!!!
And Stefan said "Double quote marks are not allowed in signal strings",
but many of messages with double quote marks are right filtered!!!!!
It is a problem with some of them and not with all.
PS. How I should to explain that to basic user??
