Hi Marek,
Thank you for this update - I had noticed like everyone else that "all
is quiet on the Western Front" (you know that book, I suppose). Your
communication below helped.
On 3/11/2010 8:28 AM, you wrote to Thomas:
yes, now whole dev team rewrites big part of code to introduce new
IMAP, Max wrote this manytimes, but agree, not in last weeks.
I can't imagine how large a task that IMAP development is.

I agree with Thomas on that.
I understand You. As I know, problem with tasks should be fixed,
there were changes in working with sockets and we were discussing
4.2.35 release with this bugfix, which was not realised because
another bug.
But the Bat team members are not "Supermen," either, even if some read
the works of Nietszche.
Thanks again for your communication here - and to Thomas, for raising
the communications concern.
Peace to all here. I soon will be back with using The Bat and trying
out the new IMAP module.
BTW, I will add that, while I have been using Thunderbird 3.03 because
of its good IMAP support, it is simply not as flexible or powerful as
The Bat, and with this last couple of releases, it may crash at times
(something I rarely ever saw with any of my versions of TB).
