I don't think Feli needs to do any instructions to anyone on your behalf. I don't care how Orbitz tickets look on anyone's screen, although PDF certainly sounds like a better solution than some spec that says everyone has to look like Outlook, and the only thinga I've found MS to produce as a paradigm is headaches. -- Dwight A.
