While I'd agree with this if TB cut off parts of the filename before every disallowed character, IMHO cutting everything up to (including) the final (back)slash is acceptable. Practically all modern operating systems recognize slash as a path delimiter (yes, this includes Windows, even though it more commonly uses backslashes), and I'd argue it's the only correct way to handle an attachment with such filename.
