Hello everybody, on Montag, 13. April 2020 at 07:22 Thomas Fernandez <[email protected]> wrote re Bug? Automatic fill in of recipients address
You edited the actual mailbox address, not the free form name: Well, I changed it to michaela (I have no tom in my addressbook <g>), and TB made a suggestion that I would have to click on. If I don't click on it, the email goes to michaela@extrasensory, see attached. Try to repeat what I did to check: Highlight this part of text, then select from the context menu "Reply to all with highlighted text" (or so, my retranslation from German), then begin to correct in the free form name, before the mailbox address, my first name from "Lüko" to something more common. You will find that the whole address, including my mailbox address is being replaced by an entry from your address book. And since my address is not in your address book, it is not offered in the list to correct this auto-complete. No way back! Autocomplete when in a reply editing a TO or CC address copied by TheBat from the mail being replied to should never be done, only when adding an additional recipient's address. Got it? Cheers, Lüko Willms Frankfurt am Main Germany using: TheBat! 8.8.9.12 (BETA) OS: Windows 7 (NT 6.1 Build 7601 - Service Pack 1) CPU: AMD amd athlon(tm) 64 x2 dual core processor 4200+ MEM: 4097 MB
