OK, what do you see in the subject of this message? It should be
ČŠŽĆĐčšžćđ ("C"S"Z'C-D"c"s"z'c-d) . TB should do one of these things
if the encoding isn't supported:
- display the closest approximates of the letters (CSZCDcszcd)
- display question marks (or similar characters)
