A few bugs / missing features:
1. If I enable the HTML-editor (HTML only or HTML/Plain text) and
press put the message in the Outbox, it puts the message in the
Outbox and asks me if I want to save the message.
2. If I then double click on the message to edit some of it, I have to
choose the editor again.
3. If I choose the HTML-editor again and put the message in the
Outbox, I see *two* message.html parts.
