Many new users on the German beginners' list report crashes and stuff because of the BayesIt plugin. We always tell them to delete that plugin, and if they do, the problems stop. However, many don't and just say TB is highly instable, and they leave before the end of their trial periods. This is not only lost sales for you, it also damages the reputation of TB.
