I think the bug tracking thing and the potential to over look bugs is created here, everyone knows you guys work hard, I think some of the problems are when and when not to bugtrak and the fact that a number of bugs due to the volume in this list maybe get overlooked or read once with a meaning to reply but forgotten when its 300+ msgs later. The level of the importance of a bug fix also varies sometimes on how you use the bat. For example, I dont use IMAP, so, if in my fiddling I found an IMAP issue it wouldnt be majorly important to me to get it fixed, Id say something, but, its not my "thing" .. however, I know some of the issues Ive reported in the past felt a little brushed aside, because maybe the person who dealt with it didnt share my use or I couldnt make them understand it. (An example for this is that I dont like auto preview, so my window looks like this Folders | message list When I right click on the message list, I get a specials menu, and under there is "create filter" that has no effect, I was told thats because Im not in a menu, but I swear it used to popup the create filter box, with the sender auto populated so I could make a new filter on some person/mailing list. It got closed, and its never changed, this menu item does nothing not even a flicker of anything. Arguably its not a *major* bug, but Im a simple person, Id like the menu option to either be removed, or even nicer, to work. Id suggest that if a bug fix didnt make it into the next beta it should go in bug trak so the reporter knows it cant be forgotten. -- Best regards, Liz (mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]) Website: http://www.xcalibur.co.uk ________________________________________________________ Current beta is 3.0.9.17 Return | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html IMPORTANT: To register as a Beta tester, use this link first - http://www.ritlabs.com/en/partners/testers/
