That's not the point! C'mon, stop hounding. There is a bug, this is
acknowledged. The best thing you can do ATM is to use only US-ASCII
for filenames for 100% being sure a recipient of your mails probably
using TB! gets the correct file names.

The point is: Jay has Part.ATT, notice the extension!, attachments. So
maybe the "encoded file name" bug hits him too, but even is this is
fixed the attachment might be name "foobarü.att", which doesn't help
him either, as it's still unclear what the *concrete* use of it.
