As I said, when I find someone who can test this under all the
conditions that obtain when it happens to me, I think I'll get a
confirmation of the behavior.

Then I'll write a BT Wish LIst report: that TB! put a warning dialogue
up when one clicks on an encrypted mail that is waiting in the Outbox.
