I would say it too. The receive date is when it was imported by TB and
it shouldn't matter if it came from a POP server, a file or some other
email client export file.

If  people  want  a different thing, I would vote for an "Import date"
thus leaving us with "Create", "Receive" and "Import/Archived".

As  I  said  previously, I think TB needs a 3rd date and I'll vote for
that.
