I worked for a middle-range ISP for over 5 years, i know about getting and renewing certificates and about installing them on the servers. You probably have to decide yourself, if you want to make a eMail Programm for Users, or for yourself. But the Users pay your bill - can you give yourself the Money needed for living next month? I would do almost everything, after my customer signs me that he takes the risk after a comprehensible instruction.
