Yes, you got it right. I hate the HTML editor, it didn't allow me to delete

Now I see. I hadn't used it yet (not for choosing the editor, that is).
Actually that's te same choice one gets under "Options".

I have written this reply in MicroEd and will, after finishing this line,
turn it to HTML.
Now I am in HTML and do not see any blue line yet.
I don't see a blue line in reply. I do see a thin blue line quoting your text.
But then I again I must say that the thin blue line (not the TV series)
that was visible wile editing turned into a thick bleu line after sending...
Perhaps it will show up later.
It didn't see it in your incoming mail. I see it in the editor right now.
Let's see whether it shows up when I receive the message back from the list.
