The only thing I would add to your (excellent) reply is that the
Sign/Verify/Encrypt/Decrypt functions of the tooltray can be assigned
to hot-keys for added ease.

The other thing to consider in the same breath is GnuPG, about which i
know very little other than that it has features which are compatible
with PGP v7 and *not* 6.5.8 - and switches to turn such things off
<g> - and it I believe it is a part of the OpenPG side of things (jump
on me if I'm wrong about that).
